REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products offered by Habitus Studio, including but not limited to e-books, templates, downloadable resources, and other digital content.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access or download has been granted, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.
In accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and applicable European consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once the performance has begun, provided that the user has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase on this website, the user expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and understands that this action waives their right of withdrawal.
Exceptions may be considered only in the event of proven technical issues that prevent access to the purchased digital product and cannot be resolved by Habitus Studio within a reasonable timeframe.
Habitus Studio does not offer refunds for digital products purchased by mistake, due to lack of use, incompatibility with the user’s devices or software, or a change of mind after purchase.
